God, I pray that today I will love you
and that I will love my neighbors, especially the wounded ones.
May I live like you today Jesus ...healing, serving,
and both teaching and demonstrating the good news of the Rule of God's Love.
Shalom to you my friends who I love.
May we enjoy the beauty of the day.
Pray today for Stacey.

Dear c. s.,

Please feel free to contact me at craiglasuer@gmail.com if you want to talk online or meet for a cup of coffee. Or our next gathering is Saturday evening June 16th at our home in Marion. It was great to receive your message!

Peace!

Yes, I would love to meet for coffee sometime or join the emerging discussion. Jared J. has invited me along some time ago and I couldn't make it. Perhaps sooner than later.
I spoke with you almost one year ago today at Annual Conference. I am really into the emerging styles of worship that some churches have embraced. And in the end, churches will be forced to acknowledge the changing environment in which we do ministry (either to accept or reject) I can only hope that more churches (esp. UMCs) will be willing to take the risk and join the 21st century.
I have blogged about my frustrations of doing ministry as a post-modern thinker in churches stuck in the cornfields of 1950s modernity.
